TERMS & CONDITIONS

Welcome to Queensway Tattoo!

To ensure a safe, professional, and respectful environment for both our clients and artists, we kindly ask that all clients review and agree to the following Terms & Conditions prior to their appointment

1. Age Requirements

  • In accordance with UK law, we do not tattoo anyone under the age of 18, even with parental consent.

  • Valid photo ID (passport, driving licence, etc.) is required at the time of the appointment. Failure to provide valid ID will result in cancellation of the session and loss of deposit

2. Consultations and Booking

  • We work by getting you to fill out a tattoo consultation form to discuss your ideas, design, and placement.

  • A non-refundable deposit will be required to secure your tattoo appointment. We will reach out to you to secure the deposit before your tattoo appointment takes place.

  • The deposit is deducted from the final price of your tattoo.

3. Pricing

  • Pricing is discussed and agreed upon during our communication. It is based on factors such as:

    • Size and complexity of the design

    • Placement on the body

    • Estimated time required for the session(s)

4. Appointments and Walk-Ins

  • We accept walk-ins when availability allows, but appointments are given priority.

  • To avoid disappointment, we recommend booking in advance.

5. Cancellation and Rescheduling

  • If you need to cancel or reschedule your tattoo appointment, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice.

  • Failure to do so may result in the loss of your deposit.

  • Repeated cancellations or no-shows may result in refusal of future bookings

6. Health, Safety & Medical Conditions

  • All procedures are carried out in line with current UK health and safety regulations

  • Tattooing involves perforating the skin and carries inherent risks such as infection or allergic reaction

  • Clients are responsible for disclosing any medical conditions, allergies, or skin sensitivities that may affect the procedure

  • We reserve the right to refuse service if we believe tattooing may pose a risk to your health

7. Refusal of Service

  • We will not tattoo any client who appears to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol

  • In such cases, your session will be cancelled and your deposit forfeited

  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who behaves inappropriately, aggressively, or disrespectfully toward staff or other clients

8. Aftercare

  • Proper aftercare is crucial to healing your tattoo. We will provide verbal and/or written aftercare instructions following your session

  • Failure to follow aftercare guidance may lead to complications, for which the studio is not responsible

9. Liability and Results

  • By proceeding with a tattoo, you understand that tattoos are permanent and may fade or change over time due to skin type, exposure, and individual healing

  • While we take every measure to ensure quality and satisfaction, all tattoos are done at the client’s own risk
